How can I make a booking?
To formalize the booking, we invite you to get in touch with the owner through the following means:

Once in contact, we will provide you with a bank account number where you can make a deposit of 500€ as an advance for the booking. Once we receive the deposit, we will confirm your booking via email.
We grant you a period of 48 hours to make the deposit. If, after this period, the payment has not been completed, and no reason has been notified, unfortunately, the pre-booking will be canceled.
The remaining amount will be paid at the time of key handover. Along with a security deposit of €500 not included in the price, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided that no deductions are made for any penalties.

Is the house for exclusive use?
Yes, of course! Our house offers a completely private environment. As we do not share any spaces with any other group.
Of course, if there are rooms you do not need to use, we will keep them closed to respect your privacy. But all common areas, such as the dining room, kitchen, game room, garden, barbecue, and more, will be at your disposal at all times. We want you to feel at home and enjoy every corner of our space.

We make sure to provide you with everything you may need to keep the space clean and tidy during your stay. Does the house have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a supply of firewood for indoor and barbecue use?
That’s right, we have all the amenities covered to make your stay unforgettable!
In all the rooms, you will find air conditioning to keep the environment cool in summer and warm in winter, along with hot water for your comfort. Additionally, we provide Wi-Fi connection so you can stay connected during your stay.
And when it comes to creating cozy atmospheres, we also provide firewood for both indoor and barbecue use. Don’t worry about additional costs, all these services are included in the price of your stay.
