Please note that reservations made through the website are always confirmed by us via email, and the reservation is finalized with the bank transfer payment of the reservation amount for the house.

Once in contact to formalize the reservation payment, we will provide you with an account number where you can make a deposit of €500 as an advance payment for the reservation.   Once we receive the deposit, we will confirm your reservation by email.

You are given a period of 48 hours to make the deposit. If after this period the payment has not been completed or the reason has not been notified, unfortunately, the reservation will be canceled.

The remaining amount will be paid at the time of key delivery. Along with a €500 deposit not included in the price, which will be returned at the end of the stay and considering that it is not included in any penalty that would be deducted from the deposit.

All of our rooms have air conditioning. Amenities are provided in all bathrooms, as well as bed linen and bath and toiletry service. A first-aid kit is available in the house. And also, if necessary, we offer a free crib service.
