The accommodation
House belonging to the old Hacienda Santa Cruz estate, built in 1800 and completely renovated. It has 9 large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a living room, and another room of over 100 square meters with table football and a ping pong table.
Guest access
It has private parking, a swimming pool, sun loungers, a large barbecue, gardens with shady trees, outdoor tables, a trampoline, a children’s play area (slide and swing), and a multi-sports court for football, tennis, skating, etc.

Availability
Formalize a Booking
To formalize the booking, we invite you to do so online using our form or you can also get in touch with the owner through the following means:

Please remember that bookings made through the website are always confirmed by us via email, and the booking is finalized with the payment by bank transfer of the house reservation amount.
Once in contact to formalize the payment for the booking, we will provide you with a bank account number where you can make a deposit of €500 as an advance for the reservation. Once we receive the deposit, we will confirm your booking via email.
We grant you a period of 48 hours to make the deposit. If, after this period, the payment has not been completed, and no reason has been notified, unfortunately, the pre-booking will be canceled.
The remaining amount will be paid at the time of key handover. Along with a security deposit of €500 not included in the price, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided that no deductions are made for any penalties.
